A: During the initial assessment, our team reviews your medical history, current concerns, and goals. We evaluate mobility, balance, strength, and functional abilities, either in your home or via secure virtual care. The assessment helps us create a personalized rehabilitation plan tailored to your needs. 


Q: What is a follow-up assessment?
A: Follow-up assessments allow us to track your progress, adjust your care plan, and ensure your rehabilitation goals are being met. These sessions can be done in your home or virtually, depending on your preference and needs. 


Q: Do you accept OHIP or public health billing?
A: At this time, we provide private rehabilitation services only. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service, and we provide receipts that can be submitted to extended health benefits or insurance providers where applicable.
